Michelle T. Nguyen

Attorney at Law
Michelle T. Nguyen is a Pensacola family law attorney proudly serving clients throughout Escambia County, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County, and Walton County. Michelle’s practice focuses on contested and uncontested divorces, child custody matters, timesharing, parental responsibility, paternity, relocation, stepparent and grandparent adoptions.
Michelle went to law school specifically with the mindset of becoming a family law attorney. She intentionally pursued a family law–centered curriculum in law school (University of Florida Levin College of Law) and earned a concentration in family law. While in law school, she gained hands-on experience as a legal intern for a family law firm, and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Family Advocacy Clinic, representing low-income clients in family law matters and developing a deep understanding of the emotional and legal challenges families face. Her diligence and hard work earned her the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for outstanding performance in the clinic and classroom. Michelle also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she gained valuable trial experience and litigation skills that now benefit her family law clients throughout Pensacola and the surrounding counties.
